Conklin is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Conklin is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I represent BHB Capital LLC, a licensed collections agency. Cooperative Feed Dealers has failed to pay a valid and overdue freight invoice owed to our client, Ready 2 Haul Trans. (Carrier). Since June 2024, we have made repeated attempts to contact their accounting team, but our calls have gone unanswered. Eventually, the company began completely ignoring the matter. This pattern of avoidance is both immature and irresponsible, especially in response to a lawful financial obligation and multiple formal notices. We strongly urge other carriers and vendors to exercise caution when conducting business with this company.
